Anderson Air is seeking a high-performing HVAC Operations & Sales Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our residential HVAC division. This is a true leadership role for a results-driven operator who understands both the field and the financials. You will oversee daily service, maintenance, replacement, and Residential New Construction (RNC) operations while driving revenue growth, profitability, and a 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all residential HVAC service, maintenance, installation, replacement, and RNC operations.
  • Lead and develop field managers, technicians, installers, dispatchers, and comfort advisors.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, scheduling accuracy, job costing, and production targets are consistently met.
  • Maintain high quality standards and strong customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Drive close rates, average ticket, financing penetration, and overall revenue growth.
  • Coach comfort advisors and field teams on sales process, communication, and presentation.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to improve conversion and profitability.
  • Hold team accountable to weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Own departmental P&L performance and drive margin improvement.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan reporting and dashboards to monitor KPIs including revenue per tech, average ticket, gross margin, and capacity.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Forecast revenue and manage labor efficiency.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach high-performing team members.
  • Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and customer-first service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Develop future leaders within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Five (5)+ years of HVAC leadership experience in residential service and installation.
  • Proven track record of driving both operational performance and sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of residential HVAC KPIs, financial statements, and margin management.
  • Experience managing ServiceTitan reporting and dashboards preferred.
  • RNC / Residential New Construction HVAC experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
